It seems like every time you turn on the news, open the paper, or search the internet, all you read and see are horrible stories about the state of the housing market. While these certainly are difficult times for some parts of the country, this is not the case for the DFW housing market and Ellis County overall.

Sure, the high flying pace set in 2005 for example may seem like a distant memory, but there are some great things happening in the market. In fact, April 2008 was our second best month in the history of Keller Williams Ellis County!

There are some wonderful buying opportunities out there…and unlike other parts of the country, the inventory of homes is not greatly out of line. That means that there is a place for you sellers in this real estate game too!
